These terms and conditions apply to purchases of goods from ww.neplusultra.dk delivered within Denmark, when you shop as a consumer.

We accept payment via: Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, MobilePay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

The payment amount will only be charged to your account once the goods have been shipped.

All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, price changes, and sold-out items.

We ship goods with PostNord A/S.

Delivery costs are 35 DKK per order. We offer free delivery on orders over 500 DKK.

The expected delivery time is normally 2-3 business days. The delivery times are indicative and may vary.

We only deliver within Denmark.

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

As our products are dietary supplements, the right of withdrawal expires if the product packaging has been opened.

This is due to food safety regulations, as the product cannot be returned once the seal has been broken.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its unopened original packaging.

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods if you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once we have received and approved the returned goods, the purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

You have a 2-year right to make a complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

This means that you may be entitled to a replacement, a price reduction, or a refund if the product is defective and the complaint is justified.

The complaint must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect.

Products from Ne Plus Ultra ApS are dietary supplements and should not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

We cannot be held liable for incorrect or improper use of our products.

Any purchase of goods from Ne Plus Ultra ApS is governed by Danish law.

Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.
