We only process the personal data that you provide to us in connection with the communication.

We delete the communication once it is clear whether or not you wish to do business with us.

Customers and Orders
In order to deliver your goods, we need to communicate with you and process personal data about you.
We process, among other things: name, address, email address, phone number, order details, and payment information.
Please note: We do not store your card details. These are handled by our payment service providers.
The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of a contract).
We store the information for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
Newsletter
We offer a newsletter that you may subscribe to voluntarily, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
The purpose of the newsletter is to send information about new products, offers, and news from Ne Plus Ultra ApS.
We will only send you emails if you have given your active consent.
This requires that you provide your email address, to which we will send a confirmation email.
The legal basis for processing your personal data in connection with the newsletter is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (consent).
We process your personal data for as long as you are subscribed to the newsletter.
Once you unsubscribe, we will stop sending newsletters.
Accounting
We are required to retain all accounting records in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
This means that we store invoices and similar documents, which may contain general personal data such as name and address.
The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR (legal obligation).
We store this information for a minimum of 5 years after the end of the financial year.
Data Processors
We cooperate with data processors who process personal data on our behalf.
