When you visit our website, we use cookies to make the website function, as well as for statistics and marketing.

Through these channels, we process your personal data so that we can engage in a dialogue with you, for example, to answer questions about our products.
We only process the information that you yourself provide us in connection with the communication.

Our legal basis for processing this personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest).
We delete the communication once it is clear whether or not you wish to do business with us.
Customers and orders
In order to deliver your goods, we need to communicate with you and process information about you.
We process, among other things: name, address, email, phone number, order details, and payment information.
Please note: we do not store your card details - they are handled by our payment providers.
The legal basis for processing this personal data is Article 6, section 1, letter b of the General Data Protection Regulation (necessary for the fulfillment of a contract).
We store the information for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
Newsletter
We have a newsletter that you can voluntarily subscribe to – and you can always unsubscribe again.
The purpose of the newsletter is to send information about new products, offers, and news from Ne Plus Ultra ApS.
We will only send you emails if you have given active consent. This requires you to provide your email address, to which we will send a confirmation email (double opt-in).
Our legal basis for processing your personal data in connection with the newsletter is Article 6, subsection 1, letter a (consent) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
We process your data as long as you are subscribed to the newsletter. Upon unsubscribing, we will stop sending newsletters.
Bookkeeping
We are required to store all accounting vouchers in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act. This means that we store invoices and similar vouchers, which may contain general personal data such as name and address.
Our legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation (legal obligation).
We store the information for a minimum of 5 years after the end of the financial year.
Data processors
We collaborate with data processors who process information on our behalf. This may include:
Payment providers (MobilePay, Nets, Stripe)
Delivery partners (DAO, GLS, PostNord)
Webshop platform and hosting (e.g., Shopify/WooCommerce or similar)
Analytics tools (Google Analytics)
It is our responsibility to ensure that your personal data is processed properly. Therefore, we set requirements for our partners and enter into data processing agreements where necessary.
